JW-FUV-408(K31)full spectrum water quality sensor is designed for online monitoring of multiple water quality parameters including COD, BOD, TOC, color, turbidity, TP, TN, NHN, nitrate, nitrite, UV254, and CODMn. Based on UV visible full spectrum absorption technology and micro fiber spectrometer design, it enables reagent free monitoring, real time pollution tracking, and stable long term deployment in wastewater, surface water, aquaculture, and industrial water applications.
2. Product Overview
JW-FUV-408(K31)full spectrum water quality sensor is an advanced online sensor for simultaneous monitoring of more than ten key water quality parameters. It uses UV visible full spectrum absorption technology to analyze the absorption characteristics of pollutants at specific wavelengths, enabling online estimation of COD, BOD, TOC, color, turbidity, TP, TN, NHN, nitrate, nitrite, UV254, CODMn, and other indicators. For continuous pollution monitoring, this sensor can be combined with pH, conductivity, turbidity, dissolved oxygen, ammonia nitrogen, data acquisition, and cloud software in a complete environmental water quality monitoring system.
Compared with traditional single parameter sensors or reagent based analyzers, this sensor supports reagent free monitoring and does not require chemical consumables during routine operation. It helps reduce maintenance workload, avoid secondary pollution, and lower long term operating costs. The built in intelligent algorithm compensates for optical path attenuation and suspended solids interference, supporting stable measurement in complex water environments.
With RS485 Modbus RTU output, 12V DC power supply, IP68 waterproof structure, and 316L stainless steel housing, the sensor is suitable for online water quality monitoring stations, industrial wastewater outlets, surface water sites, aquaculture water bodies, and smart environmental monitoring systems.
