5. Installation Notes

  • Use the four fixing holes on the mounting bracket or base and choose the correct installation orientation according to the available equipment space.
  • During installation, keep the wire rope movement direction aligned with the rope outlet as much as possible. Minimize angle deviation, with a recommended tolerance of about ±3°, to maintain measurement accuracy and wire rope service life.
  • For vertical long-stroke applications, it is recommended to install the sensor body at the lower position and pull the wire rope upward.
  • The wire rope is made of stainless steel. Avoid external cuts, welding sparks, impacts, excessive dust, debris buildup, and corrosive environments.
