JW-DM01X(JY04) The capacitive differential pressure transmitter is designed for accurate low differential pressure measurement in demanding industrial and high precision applications. It uses a metal capacitive sensing principle, where the Inconel diaphragm is welded between two chambers. When differential pressure changes, the diaphragm displacement changes the distance between the diaphragm and the electrodes, generating a linear capacitance variation.
With a dedicated signal conditioning circuit, the capacitance signal is converted into mV output and further processed through signal amplification, linear adjustment and anti interference design. The transmitter provides standard industrial outputs such as 4 to 20mA, 0 to 10VDC and RS485, making it suitable for integration with PLC systems, data acquisition units, process controllers and automation monitoring platforms.
The dry capacitive structure requires no filling oil and is suitable for applications requiring high stability, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and reliable long term measurement.
