JW-YL(YN17) tipping bucket rain gauge uses a precision tipping bucket mechanism to collect and measure rainfall. Rainwater enters through the stainless steel collection funnel and flows into the tipping bucket. When the collected water reaches the calibrated volume, the bucket tips and triggers a pulse signal. Each pulse represents 0.2 mm rainfall, allowing automatic rainfall data acquisition.

The sensor is built with a 304 stainless steel housing, providing strong durability, high appearance quality, and long-term outdoor reliability.
